I think we should really consider it, because we fall in the same problems. I think the hash validations of the packages is extremely important.

agreed - but wouldn't this would be more a (global) tool recommendation than codifying it into boilerplate?

@davidmarkclements I think it's complementary, and probably independent. We should run a project with that and see how it compares.
