Shouldn't a module referenced as "main" in a package.json be a CommonJS module?

I think require() on this thing won't have the expected effect for node/browserify. Is there some other tool you're using that benefits from package.json but doesn't expect a CommonJS module?

That question can you do to bower. Rather, I think it should be given as much support these types of systems, if I'm working on node/browserify, and I think that is an excellent module. If you want I send the changes to this supported, the vast majority?
