PEP8 Compliance Errors #7

This PR cleans up the PEP8 compliance errors introduced in PRs #5 and #6.

This patch seems to inherit a bunch of extra stuff from your fork... in any case I think I fixed up the PEP8 reports when I merged your earlier changes so I don't think this is needed anymore.
