At login, if the device has not been claimed/registered then ask the user if he/she wished to claim ownership of the device. The user should be given the option of naming the device when he/she claims ownership. Once claimed device ownership can change only after the current owner has relinquished his/her claim via the MyCS space and account management dashboard.
