provide test option for cli #93

I can't find the email in particular but people do say that they are often baffled by the agent - needs an option to test to make sure everything is kosher from cli.

Even just an entry in the logs stating that everything is good to go would be nice.

You could spit out the email address associated with the license. Would let them know that the account is correctly configured.
