Make sure we know whether we're using CVSSv2 or CVSSv3 #340

some vulns have both. Specifically, for https://appcanary.com/cves/CVE-2016-7543 we're showing the v2 but linking to v3.

This may also require us to change the cvss -> criticality thingy.
