Website Update for Scoping event broker for review #36

Here is the documentation website update. It is not 100% finished but you can start reading and also review this pull request.

Cool. Just some minor nit-picking.

@ursenzler can you go ahead an merge? This would at least bring the docs online as requested in the google group

I'll have to manually merge these changes because of conflicts in overview and some other common files you touched :-(

@danielmarbach I'll added your changes directly to master. Please update your jekyll installation according to the GitHub guide to make sure that the site can really be rendered. There is for example the problem that there must not be a space after the --- at the top of the page. That was allowed earlier. Also please synchronize your fork with the main repo (you cannot pull, you have to refork I guess).
