create distribution packages for iOS, Android, and ideally for web, delegating to SDK scripts

-p --platform one of "android" "ios" or "web"

Interview for iOS dependencies needed by script - let's work to aggressively automate that. Same for Android. Need to remove as many steps as possible, and hold people's hand.

if I may... for iOS you need to also have iPad vs iPhone... users dont always just want universal builds
