[TIMOB-24422] Fix deployment issue with "violates pattern constraint" #87

TIMOB-24422

Windows App Deployment Tool fails with following error but we need to continue launching app because application is actually installed in this case.

0x80131500 - Failed to install or update package: Unspecified error 
'Microsoft Platform Extensions' violates pattern constraint of '\bms-resource:.{1,256}'.
