It should auto-load/restart the app if the URL was updated

My thoughts about this:

The app always lets the server know what URL it is running.
The server can ping all apps that run an URL to reload,
A front-end (https://github.com/appcelerator/appc-liveviewer-server/issues/1) could let the server ping the connected apps when the user saves
