Cloud Profile 2.11.1: incorrect formatting #20

Cloud Profile 2.11.1 "Eliminate use of the 'root' user for administrative and daily tasks" contains the following:

Locate the <root account> under the user column

This should be something like

Locate <root account> under the user column

This issue also appears in many other locations, including:

2.7.1 "Ensure no 'root' user account access key exists"
2.16.1 "Ensure MFA is enabled for the 'root' user account"
3.4.1 "Ensure S3 bucket access logging is enabled on the CloudTrail S3 bucket"
3.5.1 "Ensure the S3 bucket used to store CloudTrail logs is not publicly accessible"

and a lot more; there are 80 search hits for "<" in https://github.com/appdefensealliance/ASA-WG/blob/main/Cloud%20App%20and%20Config%20Profile/Cloud%20App%20and%20Config%20Test%20Guide.md and I haven't checked other documents.
