Disambiguate 'confidential data' from 'sensitive data' #95

  1. Update the Overview sections of the Cloud Profile documents to explain that: a. We have designed this profile as relevant to confidential types of data b. But explicitly state that the profile is not designed for applications where highly sensitive financial or medical PII is processed
  2. Throughout the docs, use the phrase "confidential data" as a generic term (i.e., for nonpublic user data, user device data, or company data) as opposed to the phrase "sensitive data", which has a specific legal meaning.
