There is no official mobile application, so rephrase slightly #1

I've rephrased the first part to reflect the fact that there is no official mobile application,, so it only makes sense to discuss the whole platform. There is also a minor grammar fix (by/of)

My proposed change is to copyright.md. The only later change to this file is, "Add DMCA email address", so it still applies.
