Our general process is to incorporate user feedback on a roughly quarterly basis based on review with our legal team, but in the early stages this may occur significantly more often.

Developer TOS: Default TOS and privacy policies #41
Many developers do not have lawyers or desire to figure out TOS or privacy policies. If the developer TOS requires all app developers provide a TOS and a privacy policy, I would suggest providing an acceptable boilerplate for these documents which developers are free to use verbatim or to customize (or have their lawyers customize).
This would go a long way towards actually having developers comply with this requirement and lower the barrier to entry for amateur or part time developers.
