Update README to reflect file name changes & additions for CC License. #51
I thought I would submit this pull request to ensure that the Creative Commons License is applied to all of the files in the repo. If this was not your intent, please let me know ASAP, as I have begun adapting them for use with our website/service. Although it is implied, I thought I'd help make it clear.
