Front page spotlight thumbnails fuzzy #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Images are fuzzy on the player in the spotlight

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

14- improve video thumbnails many are very pixelly looking because a tiny 
graphic is
getting blown up larger than actual size - gives impression that if you click 
on it,
the video will be low quality/low resolution

1- Images --thumbnails need to look better --profile thumbnails should be square

This is fixed in all feeds, including frontpage showcase.  All channel item 
attachments are now sized to 120x92.  
Old images on beta.channels.ourmedia.org were resized and replaced.  Some old 
images may still exist that were 
not auto-gen'ed.  I replace all I could find.  if you find more, simply detach 
old image and upload a new one (or a 
new thumb).
