Dates wrong on many pages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
fix date format - some of my finds (from searching) showed date of Dec. 31
1969 - somethng wrong with date format 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See above.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version beta - OS and browser unknown
