Define and creating curated and other featured channels #67

Are these the channels listed here
(http://code.google.com/p/ourmedia3/wiki/Oct9Session) or is there a larger
list? Is there a certain format that we are working with? What about
sponsored or partner channels - will they also be given prominent space? 

This is one example of a curated channel (Drupal) as well as some ideas on
features and layout -

Curated channels for every major topic/skill/cause will be a very good
thing for Ourmedia. If there's not yet a repository for channels in the
works, I'll create one and add the several I have in the works.
