I made the changes as you requested.

One important note: normally, GPL license requires that the copyright notice appear on every copyrighted file. I have not done this, partly because it's going to be a pita to figure out which files are pure Appernetic, vs Appernetic + Compete Themes. Additionally, it does not look like Compete Themes bothered to do this either.

Earlier versions of Hugo had a bug which prevented the addition of the per-file header to some templates without causing an error on build. Recent versions of the Hugo binary no longer exhibit this issue. It's recommended to add the header to every source file so they may be copied individually and user freedoms respected.
