redirected to infinite login loop when tried to access Online Review in a chrome incognito window #186

Steps to reproduce this issue are:

  1. Open a chrome incognito window.
  2. Put software.topcoder.com in URL.
  3. It appears to log me out and returns me to login page (https://accounts.topcoder.com/member) again and again.

Please check and fix the issue.
