[All text fields] 'Do you have technology stack preferences?' text field display large empty spaces below if they have a long texts #3604

  1. Open the Application and Login as valid user (Manager)
  2. Click + New Project > Solutions > (User) Design, Development & Deployment
  3. Set 'Why are you creating this intake?*'= Submitting Client Request > Next
  4. Fill all the mandatory fields > Next
  5. Set Work needed > Design, Development, Deployment
  6. Set Design goal > Production-ready designs
  7. Set Need Add'l Screens > Yes
  8. Set Screens Count > 15-30
  9. Click Next
  10. Set Devices > Mobile
  11. Set Mobile platforms > Don't select anything
  12. Click Next
  13. Set Brand Guidelines > Yes
  14. Set Specific Fonts > Yes
  15. Set Specific Colors > Yes
  16. Click Next
  17. Enter long text to the Programming languages > Click Next

Actual: 'Do you have technology stack preferences?' text field display large empty spaces below if they have a long texts

Expected: Should not display large empty white space below

Environment: HP Pavilion x360 14 inch; Windows 10 Browser: IE11
