Consider fixing issues found by LGTM - A code analysis platform for finding zero-days and preventing critical vulnerabilities.

Connect App has 141 alerts.
There are 3 levels of alerts:
- Errors - 6
- Warnings - 121
- Recommendations - 14

We can start with fixing Error level alerts first, and moving to the next levels.
