Looker Embedded User: Only Provision when Project Status = Active or Completed #4118

Project Report Dashboard

A user should only be provisioned as an embedded Looker user if the project is in "Active" or "Complete" status.
If the project is not in this status and a user clicks onto the project report dashboard, they should not be provisioned as an embedded user for Looker.

User Report Dashboard (All Projects Dashboard)

A user should only be provisioned as an embedded Looker user if they have at least one project in "Active" or "Complete" status
If the user does not have at least one project in "Active" or Complete" status and they click onto this dashboard, they should not be provisioned as an embedded Looker user.

@vikasrohit @acshields should we simply hide the reports tab if the above conditions were met ?
