Use the scheduler service to automatically cancel test projects after 1 week.

Condition rules: Any project created with the objective flag response of [test] should be automatically canceled after 1 week. When canceled, these projects should be given the cancellation code of [Test].

I would suggest Salesforce to do this. I mean leads are being tracked in Salesforce and whenever project is cancelled in Salesforce, we can delete the project in Connect as well.
