Create a Markdown Help page #402

During testing, user (Nathan) confused by Markdown link pointing out to Daring Fireball page.

I think we need a simple (github pages is Okay) page that explains that LC uses Markdown syntax, and a quick primer in its use. Similar to the page that github keeps, but specific to our syntax flavor.
