tc-markdown directive loaded in both apps. #444

We have the tc markdown directive loaded in

aaf/ui/componets/tcmarkdown.directive for the manage app and also have it loaded in js/directives/app-directives.js in the edit app. We should consoladate these all to the aaf one.

I tried this but it did not render so I backed it out instead of troubleshooting.
