4 Wheel Thunder doesn't load after menu - works in 1.0.3 #41

As title, 4 Wheel Thunder works until you press Start on the main menu, 
then it sits on the loading screen (see pics). This occurs in r22 and r11. 
Working fine in 1.0.3. GDI version tested.

On this subject, I'm putting together a list of games which worked in 1.0.3 but 
are 
broken in 1.0.4 (quite a few unfortunately).

Shall I add one issue with the whole list (with brief details for each game), 
or one 
issue per game such as this one (where I can add more detail/screens for each 
error)?

Refer to Issue #60.  Disable Dyarec just before the "Loading" screen shows up.  
Once 
you start playing the game, then you can enable Dynarec again.

 I've tested and confirmed this on my system
