Can't save on memory card

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Version : r28
1: Game : DOA2
2: It's like I didn't put the memory card in "tray", I turn on option auto 
save, when I exit, the game show the report by Japanese  which I guest mean 
the game had been saved. but the next time I run nullDC, It's doesn't save 
anything.Show that mean I didn't config in the right way or it's a new bug?
3: OS:7 64bit

Are you sure you formatted the memory card from the bios before attempting to 
save/load?

But I think it's should be a tip about that in the setting UI for the beginner
