Remove create account requirement #17

Remove requirement for new user to have to create an account.

Depending on feasibility/LOE:

  1. Add link under 'sign-in' button --> 'Create account later'
  2. Settings: 'Delete account' becomes 'Create account' --> takes user to account creation screen
  3. Upon clicking 'Create account' user taken to Main Profile with any existing profiles info intact and get an account created confirmation modal
