IAP for adding multiple Company Names and Titles #3

I'd like to make the ability to add multiple Company Names and Titles an in-app purchase. There's already an IAP for the ability to change/update/turn off the signature (from Settings menu), I'd like to combine these into on IAP for US $1.99.

Example of the upgrade message when user tries to edit signature.

"One time upgrade for unlimited Company Names, Titles and the ability to edit your signature

Promo/download codes - I think they made it possible a little while back to be able to obtain promo codes via ITC, is this something automatically possible when offering in-app upgrades?
