Write tests for search method

@kumarrishav Yes. This was the next issue I had planned to add next. Here is the spec:

• Write tests to check all the events.
• Write tests to check when the search method returns null.

For these you need to:

• Create a mock of navigator.getDeviceStorages and DOMCursor.
• Write async tests to test the event.
