More breaking changes from EarTrumpet core repo

• Remove AddonPackage directory and its contents.
• Remove the post-build command that would run the packaging script.
• Deploy addons to Build\Debug\Addons\AddonName.
• Addon dependencies will work properly now (yours weren't copied from addons to PackageTemp-... before. There is no longer an extra copy here, so it will work as normal).
• Avoid extra copying of EarTrumpet build artifacts to each addon directory.
• Remove EarTrumpet.Shared project. Moved PlaybackDataModelHost to HardwareControls.DataModel.
• • If you need any of the other stuff in here, it'll remain in the Addons repo.

Only real conflict with any of the above should be PlaybackDataModelHost since it's newly consumed in osd and not yet in master.

NOTE:

• Must have this EarTrumpet dev commit: https://github.com/File-New-Project/EarTrumpet/commit/214525aee9d94013fb2f773e0746ff3cee1207a7
• Delete Build with this one, as there will be extra stuff under Addons that will probably show up as warnings in the log if not removed.

I've reworked the API a little bit and will add another commit to this branch in the next couple hours.

I've pushed the changes to EarTrumpet and here.

Additional changes include:

• Rename addon interfaces and enums for clarity (shouldn't impact you).
• Addons Export EarTrumpetAddon now instead of multiple interface exports.
• AddonManifest.json replaces AddonInfo but has the same behavior.

Thank you @davuxcom. Works fine! This also seems to have solved the problem we noticed last night that the localization resource dlls weren't deployed and loaded properly unless being manually copied from EarTrumpet\Build\Debug\Addons\EarTrumpet.HardwareControls\de-DE to EarTrumpet\Build\Debug\de-DE.
