Adding constants for doorbell service #45

Hey guys I couldn't find anything for the doorbell service. I found the values in the HAP-Spec. Let me know if it needs adjustment.

hi,@kellyp, as you may have noticed, this public repository is for 'Hobbyists and Makers', and non-commercial usage, so a lot of services are not contained.

Oh I see. I am a bit unsure why hobbyists wouldn't want to mess with doorbells.
