add sample drivers for plotter #2895

Please expande the sample printerdriver by a HP Designjet sample.

I is usefull for all users with large format printers.

Moving to CUPS instead of CUPS DDK.

Will consider, however the actual definitions in sample.drv will have to be slightly different than your patch.

you pushed the request from 1.4 to 1.5!

We've pushed all of the driver submissions to CUPS 1.5 due to lack of time to properly test them.

Since we are removing the rastertopclx filter from the cups.org sources starting with CUPS 1.6, closing this as "will not fix" and duping to STR #3930 which is tracking the migration of this filter to the world of Open Printing.
