HPGL filter option penwidth is useless #3597

Version: 1.3.10 CUPS.org User: AMahalkin

According to documentation, penwidth option is used to set default pen width for hpgl/2 files. But setting this option only affects on value in "/DefaultPenWidth def" line of output PostScript documents. Value DefaultPenWidth is not used anymore in hpgltops filter source code.

Version 1.4.3 has the same bug.

As this filter is now gone in CUPS 1.5, not to be fixed...
