Documentation - Document usage of cupsFilter2 and IPP options passed to ipp backend #4498

It seems that using cupsFilter2 keyword allows for passing copies and other job attributes to IPP backend, but that's not documented. The only reference is this one:

I'm not sure where or how we would want to document this - the behavior is highly dependent on the current implementation as used to support IPP Everywhere and AirPrint printers, and is not something we've codified in stone (yet).

Moving this to -feature so we track it, but don't expect this to be updated right away...

After review we have decided to close this issue because we are not ready to commit the current implementation "in stone" and the future will likely not have PPD files...
