Offset and scaling issues printing wristbands on Zebra HC100 #4614

I'm trying to print 1-in x 11-in wristbands (a common wristband size for Zebra media, yet absent from the default media size list). Using the Zebra ZPL Label Printer driver, my Zebra HC100 wristband printer shifts content left by about 3/4-in, up by 3/32-in up, and draws the horizontal axis at 97% of actual (vertical is drawn at 100%). I have not figure out how to adjust for this in the driver.

See the attached image to see a sample.

Zebra will not help troubleshoot, said it was a driver specific issue.

Please tell how that printer is configured with CUPS (what printer language, which PPD, which CUPS filter are involved etc.)

What Helge said: what driver are you using?

(FWIW, we've never tested the CUPS sample driver with this particular Zebra printer...)
