please include raster.h and ppd.h in the espgs tarball #80

Version: 7.05.6 CUPS.org User: inoue.ma.ns.musashi-tech.ac

I want to compile espgs-7.05-6 in the Mac OS X 10.2.6. But I cannot since Mac OS X does not include cups/raster.h or cups/ppd.h which are needed by gdevcups.c. Would you include these files also in the espgs tarball?

Those header files are part of CUPS; you need to install the CUPS header files (Apple doesn't include them with OSX...)
