fdbkubernetesmonitor: Add specific Prometheus metrics #7411

In https://github.com/apple/foundationdb/pull/7359 we are adding support for Prometheus metrics (we only add the default go metrics). As a next step we should add specific metrics for fdbkubernetesmonitor some ideas:

A metric to track the current checksum of the used config.
Number of running fdbserver processes.
Version of the fdbserver binary.
Counter for process restarts.
