Get started documentation

There's no overview documentation describing what all the things are and how they fit together and how to set them up and use them. There's some documentation scattered around, but it lacks something to an overview in order to help get orientated. Instead one has to look through the source code poke around to try to get an idea how to use this. Which without a get started type document is very difficult.

Basically overview documentation of how to get orientated would be very useful. Thank you

I found the doc "Testing Live Caller ID Lookup", I guess that's an overview of what to do.
