I noticed a broken diagram in https://swiftpackageindex.com/apple/live-caller-id-lookup-example/main/documentation/pirservice/authentication, maybe .svg files are not good for swift package index. Changed them to .png files, because we now have new diagrams available.

Also made sure that the overview page more prominently points people to the testing instructions. (#14)
