Added password quirk rules for aeromexico.com

Resolves #780. This website requires passwords of length 8-25, requires both upper and lowercase, and requires digits. This satisfies the requirements in the given Issue #780 and also acknowledges another requirement that the password must be less than 25 characters, which was not described in the Issue ticket.
