How to download Matplotlib? #191

I try all versions of matplotlib 3.0.1-3.3.0, there will always be the following two results:

  1. RuntimeError: implement_array_function method already has a docstring
  2. Library not loaded: @rpath/libc++.6.dylib Reason: image not found
