Someone is controlling my device and stealing all info and stealing my identity. I don't know how to use this just yet but I'll figure out I could use help. I cannot access any of my apps and when I try factory reset the same stuff loads back up

I have no access to any of these apps and someone keeps changing my information and requesting all my logs from Google!
