Watering Logger #35

Script that easily sets up a log for tracking how much watering occurred on a given planting.

While the log itself can handle both I can't decide if the choice should prioritize the planting or the location for the watering. Probably should be the planting as it is easier to track.

One thing that could be done is add the location of the plantings assigned but I don't want that to turn in to anything getting a movement
