A report offering info to help with labor planning

Sections

1. Hour Totals
   • Indirect/Direct Donut chart (from the Facility Overview Report)
   • Direct Hour Total Sum KPI (from the Facility Overview Report)
   • Indirect Hour Total Sum KPI (from the Facility Overview Report)
   • Indirect % Average KPI

2. Performance Insights
   • Adjusted Performance (bar chart ideally a histogram! Each bar would be the adj. performance per person for that range of time)

Column Explanation from Tony

• Goal Hours - How long the software calculates that it should take you to complete a given task. This is based on the speed the of vehicle you are using and the type of work being performed. It is broken down in units of measure 1/36 of a second, so very granular.
• Direct (actual) Hours - How long it actually took the operator to perform a given task.
• Adjusted Direct (actual) Hours - (Direct (actual) Hours + Lost Hours + Extra Break + Extra Lunch)
• Indirect Hours - How long the operator logged that they were performing a task that is deemed indirect, or not directly moving inventory.
• Inserted Indirect Hours - Not used
• Payroll Hours - Hours coming from the time clock system
• Lost Hours - (Payroll Hours - Total Hours) This is really the gap between hours paid and hours logged into the software.
• Total Hours - (Direct (actual) Hours + Indirect Hours + Break Hours)
• Break Hours - How long the operator logged the indirect task of Break
• Extra Break - If the operator logged a break longer than x minutes, the additional minutes fall into the Extra Break Hours column.
• Lunch Hours - How long the operator logged the indirect task of Lunch
• Extra Lunch - If the operator logged a lunch longer than x minutes, the additional minutes fall into the Extra Lunch Hours column.
