Labor Details by Person

(aka labor daily detail report) A detail report per individual

Sections

  1. Activity Summary
    • Activity summary needs to show the activity(job code) and performance. Time management and product moved sections would give the details.
  2. Time Management Details
  3. Product Moved Details
  4. Longitudinal Comparison to peers data (Not included yet. Keep this in mind, but I don’t want to get too caught up on this just yet)

Person performance report should include the person’s performance, adjusted performance, indirect %, goal hours, actual hours, payroll hours, lost hours, lunch, break, extra lunch, extra break and adjusted actual hours. It should also include all of the product moved details for each person, but maybe that is a toggle, as not to overwhelm the viewer with so many columns.
