Film however is going to be trickier. There is some published data in the manufacturer's characteristic curves & sensitometry spreadsheets but real numbers are another thing, and without access to a transmission densitometer and a controlled exposure + development process, it'll be moot.
Lenses shouldn't have any meaningful color shifts, relatively modern lenses at least.
