Feature/update all folders and code to latest codebase #3

Updates all files and folders using the updated artifact files downloaded from the Zenodo link https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7783131. This update to the codebase serves as the baseline from which to make changes to the artifact.

Satisfies issue #6.
