Remove postinstall from NPM #20

The built version is deployed to npm so this is not required on the client side.

This should also fix https://github.com/applest/node-applest-atem/issues/19

@TomKaltz @sxd1140 Thanks your ideas. :) applest-atem uploads the compiled js code to npm repos from v0.2.4
